Following a recent court order, on 12/16/2013 Bishop Quinn released a list of 13 names of priests who had credible allegations against them of abuse involving minors. Curtis’s inclusion on this list is the first public notice that he had been accused of abuse. The Diocese updated his information 6/23/2014. Complaints of child sexual abuse were made against Curtis in 10/1988 and 6/1990. Sent to St. Luke Institute for treatment 7/1990. Ministerial privileges suspended in 1/1991 while at St. Luke’s. Died 4/10/2001.
