In 2013 a man told the Franciscans that Davied molested him as a child decades prior, while the priest was assigned to Our Lady of Good Harbor in Buras, LA. In 10/2020 Davied was no longer a Franciscan and was living in Pueblo, CO. He denied the allegation. On the Las Cruces diocese’s list in 11/2020, where he worked 1993-1995. Added to the New Orleans archdiocese’s list in 12/2020. Included 5/19/21 on the Santa Fe archdiocese’s list. On the Cincinnati archdiocese’s list in 2/2022. Included in 6/2022 on the St. John the Baptist Province Franciscans list of those with substantiated allegations.
