Retired in 2010. Suspended in 10/18 pending the investigation of a complaint of abuse. Assigned during career to parishes in Lackawanna, Sloan, North Tonawanda, Buffalo, Depew. Accused in a lawsuit filed 9/17/19 of sexually abusing a child, age 9 or 10, in 1977-78 at St. Joseph’s in North Tonawanda. Added to the diocese’s list 11/5/19. Multiple allegations, substantiated. Case to go to Rome. Removed from diocesan payroll 5/1/20 as part of bankruptcy agreement.
