Accused of abuse in four civil suits filed in 2002. Moved to Canada in 1983 and was active priest there until at least 1994, when two men complained to Louisville Bishop about past abuse. Dollinger “retired” but continued to live in a parish headed by his brother, also a priest. Permanently removed from active ministry in 10/02. Ordered in 10/05 by the Vatican to live a life of prayer and penance. Died 7/13/11 in Prince Edward Island, Canada. On the archdiocese’s list of accused in 2019.
