Accused in a 12/11/2003 lawsuit of sexually abusing boy 1969-1972, beginning when the boy was 15. The Diocese stated this was the only allegation. Was secretary to Bishop Charles F. Buddy 1955-1957. Worked as a Navy chaplain 1957-1961. Was vice chancellor 1961-1968. Died 11/16/1976. Personnel file released 10/25/2010.
