Monsignor. Pastor of St. Timothy’s in Tonawanda 1985 until he retired in 2008. Secretary to the auxiliary bishop McLaughlin beginning in 1963. Longtime director of the Apostleship of the Sea. Chaplain of Tonawanda police. Accused in a lawsuit filed in 1/20 of sexually assaulting a boy over an 18-month period in the mid-1980s.The abuse allegedly began in 1986 when the boy was age 13 and included oral sex and rape. Ducette died 4/12/16.
