Pastor of Prince of Peace in North Cambria when placed on leave in 6/2019 due to an allegation that he engaged in sexual misconduct in the 1980s with a “young person.” Reinstated in 10/2025, the Dicastery for the Clergy stating, ” Given the length of time that has passed since both the initial allegation and the authorization to begin a penal process concerning the alleged reserved delict, and since the Ordinary has not shown any just and proportional reason for the continuation of the restriction, the Dicastery determines that the restrictions are no longer proportional to their apparent cause.”
