Reassigned. Retired in 5/86. Permanently removed in 2002 after admitting abuse of three youths. Sued by seven. Included on San Diego diocese’s list 3/31/07. Personnel file released 10/25/10. Per the diocese’s list in 9/18, Galindo is deceased.
