Per Grand Jury Report II 2/10/11, a man told archdiocese in 2007 that Gallagher repeatedly fondled him when he was an altar boy at St. Mark’s in Bristol, PA. Another man made similar accusation previous year. The 2007 accuser reported others had also been abused. Review Board deemed both reports unsubstantiated in 2008.The accuser from 2007 died by suicide the next year. Gallagher “retired”. Removed 2/11. New suits 4/11 and 9/12. Found unfit for ministry 4/13. Permanently removed. Died 6/5/18. Funeral mass concelebrated by Bishop Maginnis.
