Monsignor. From Turin, Italy. Arrived in the diocese in 1907. Pastor of Holy Cross Parish for 54 years. Retired in 1968. Died 1/20/1975. Accused in a lawsuit filed in 8/2019 of repeatedly molesting five-year-old boy at Holy Cross in 1948. The abuse allegedly occurred in the parish and the parish school, where the boy was a student.
