In 2011, was assigned to Immaculate Heart of Mary in Roxborough, after a year of personal leave. Member of National Association of Filipino Priests. Arrested 3/4/19, charged with rape of a teen girl, sex abuse, corruption of a minor, and recording a sex act. May have also plied the girl with alcohol and marijuana.
