Accused of asking for oral sex on 1/25/05 from a woman and her 12-year-old daughter. Pled not guilty to annoying/accosting, enticing a child, soliciting sex, and assault. Most charges dismissed 4/4/05. Pled sufficient facts to the annoying/accosting charge. Case continued pending alcohol and sexual offender evaluations with treatment if indicated, and no contact with minors without disclosing case. Case dismissed in 2007. Returned to work without announcement. Lynnfield supply priest in 4/08. Awaiting assignment in 6/10. Still unassigned 2015, in residence at a Charlestown parish.
