Fr. James E. Hagan
Accused in a 2002 civil suit of abuse of an 11-year-old girl in 1956 at St. Leo the Great. The girl allegedly told her pastor shortly thereafter and he said he would take care of it. She also allegedly told her mother, who did not believe her. Hagan left the priesthood in 1973, and was laicized in 1974. Included on the archdiocese’s list of accused in 2019. Went on to marry. Died in 2021 in Carlisle PA.
