Arrested in 1983 for sending child porn through the mail. Charges dropped when he entered a treatment center in New Mexico. Worked in England at a Paraclete home for recovering alcoholics and at a retreat house in CA. In 1997 the Diocese requested that he resign as a priest. Last known to be living in Indio, CA. On diocese’s list 12/3/18. Noted to have been dismissed from the clerical state. Sued under the NY Child Victims Act; accused of abuse of a boy in the early 1980s at St. Mary of the Assumption.
