Fr. Joseph P. Hines
Shown on the Davenport diocese’s Creditors Committee website in 2007 as having credible allegations against him. Dean of Keokuk 1970-1980. Died in 5/1992. In 11/2008, the Diocesan Review Board found Hines guilty of the sexual abuse of children, male and female. Included on the diocese’s list of credibly accused 5/21/09.
