Fr. Raymond C. Kalter
Accused in 2005 of abuse in 1959 at St. Alphonsus Parish in Davenport. Died in 1977. One claim settled by the Diocese in 2/2006 as part of a settlement involving four priests. Name appeared on the Diocese’s 7/10/2008 list of credibly accused, noting allegations of abuse of three boys. Earliest claimed abuse was in the 1950s. Included in the 5/23/2023 IL Attorney General’s Report.
