Fr. Timothy Kelly
Abbot of St. John’s Abbey in the St. Cloud diocese 1992 -2000. Died in 2010. A man filed suit 6/2011 alleging that Kelly sexually abused him in 1966 at St. Anselm’s Church in the Bronx. St. John’s Abbot issued a statement saying he had just learned of the accusations in 6/2011 and was investigating. The plaintiff said he told the Order in 12/2010. There are multiple alleged victims of Kelly around the U.S.
