Assigned to Elder High School for over twenty years, as teacher, vice-principal, then principal. Left in 1988. Next assigned to a Dayton, OH parish and Alter High School for twelve years. Reports in 1994 and 1997 to the Archdiocese of inappropriate touch of boys. Kept in ministry. Placed on leave in 2002 after deputies confiscated several parish computers to look for inappropriate material. Indicted on eleven courts of public indecency and providing alcohol to minors 11/2001-1/2002. Claims involved four boys and one girl. Convicted in 2004. Sentenced to five years probation. Violated probation in 1/2005; spent thirty days in jail. Laicization announced in 10/2014. Living in 2019 in an Oak Hills home with a former archdiocesan priest personnel director.
