Following a recent court order, on 12/16/2013 Bishop Quinn released a list of 13 names of priests who had credible allegations against them of abuse involving minors. Kuisle’s inclusion on this list is the first public notice that he had been accused of abuse. The Diocese updated information on its list 6/23/2014. Voluntarily resigned in 9/1971. Died 12/21/1971. Separate complaints made to the Diocese in 1994 and in 1999 by two female students who said he sexually molested them in the 1960s.
