Accused of abuse of a boy 1990-91 at Our Lady Queen of Angels Seminary, per archdiocese. Suit filed in 12/03. Archdiocese said it investigated and allegations were unfounded. Suit settled as part of 12/06 $60M settlement involving 22 priests. Transferred to new assignment, parishioners not told of past allegations. Named in suit filed 10/18. Still active parish priest in 10/18.
