Fr. Richard M. Martini
Accused of abuse of a boy 1990-1991 at Our Lady Queen of Angels Seminary, per the Archdiocese. A lawsuit was filed in 12/2003. The Archdiocese said it investigated and allegations were unfounded. The suit settled as part of a 12/2006 $60M settlement involving 22 priests. Transferred to a new assignment, parishioners not told of past allegations. Elevated to monsignor in approximately 2010. Named in a suit filed in 10/2018. Continued in active ministry.
