Parish priest and pastor, Catholic Social Services/Charities director. Monsignor. Accused in a lawsuit in 2021 of raping a boy during 1972-1974. The boy was in grades 4 and 5 and an altar boy at Queen of All Saints in Concord when the abuse allegedly occurred. The boy kept diaries at the time in which he repeated “God is doing this to me” and “God hates me.” Medical records show he was treated for rectal bleeding at age 11. McCracken died 2/1/2012. Reportedly in 2023, three more people have filed suit with claims they were sexually abused as children by McCracken.
