Fr. Patrick J. McNulty
Professed vows as a Marianist in 1952. Ordained in 1966. Worked in IL and TX. A woman filed suit in 2004 against the archdiocese and order alleging that McNulty abused her for three years in the 1970s, starting when she was age 12. McNulty was assigned to Holy Rosary Parish at the time of the alleged abuse. Another person told the Assistant Provincial in 1977, but at that time the girl and her family denied the abuse. McNulty was transferred to another assignment in 1980. He died in 1984 in WI. Included on the San Antonio archdiocese’s list 1/31/2019. Included on the Marianists’ 6/24/2020 list of accused. On the Belleville diocese’s list 9/20/2022. Included in the 5/23/2023 IL Attorney General’s Report.
