Fr. Francis T. Menei
Named publicly as accused by the Diocese of Harrisburg on its list in 4/20. Died 6/6/19. Per his obituary, Menei was a priest of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia 1967-79, and taught at Cardinal Dougherty High School 1969-79. He became a prison chaplain in Philadelphia then the entire state 1979-2002. Transferred to the Diocese of Harrisburg, pastor of St. Richard’s in Manheim until retirement in 2014.
