Accused of abuse of six or more youths in the 1960s and 1970s. Wrote letters to a youth in the 1960s regarding sadomasochistic outings with teens. Church knew of letters in 1968; he continued to work until 2002 or so. In 2004 the Archdiocese deemed charges not credible but that he needed mental health help. Remained active until just after 2005 Grand Jury Report. New allegation received after report was released. Laicization announced in 8/08. On secret 1994 list. Named by a man and a woman in new suit filed 9/18/12. Suit file in Canada in 2016 by PA man alleging abuse as a teen by Mulholland on a trip to Ontario.
