Ordained in Toronto, Canada. Removed from KC position in 2004 after allegation surfaced that he abused a 12-year-old boy in 1992 and again later when accuser was an adult. Member of Byzantine Catholic Eparchy of Parma Ohio, administrator of parish in KC-St. Joseph diocese. Civil suit filed in 4/06. Investigated and cleared by diocese. Civil suit against Muth and Parma dismissed 4/09. Per news in 6/19, Muth was in active ministry in MO, TX and then in Whiting, IN, retiring in 1/18. Placed on administrative leave by Eparchy in 10/18. On Wichita diocese’s list 9/20/19. On KC-St. Joseph diocese’s list 9/5/19.
