Br. Rudolph Stefan Nocinski
Arrested in 7/04, charged with felony possession of child pornography after a computer technician found a screen saver with pornographic images, including some child pornography. The technician alerted police, who found more than 2500 images at Nocinski’s residence. Had been with order for 35 years. Was not currently involved in public ministry. Received 18 month prison term (suspended) and 5 years probation.
