Accused of abuse of three minors 1975-85, per 2004 archdiocesan report. Named in at least one suit. One allegation of abuse 1980-82 reported to police in 1988. Removed in 1991. Faculties revoked in 2000. Claims included in $660M L.A. settlement in 7/07. Accused in a 9/12 suit of abuse of a girl in 1980 at St. Paul High in Santa Fe Springs. She claimed counseling paid for by the church prevented her from filing suit in 2003 during CA window. Laicized in 2006. Personnel file released 1/13. Claims included in 2/18/14 $13M settlement.
