Fr. Raphael O’Loughlin
Named publicly as accused by the Galveston-Houston archdiocese on its list 1/31/19. Died in 1998. Per his obituary, O’Loughlin worked with Spanish-speaking families in Houston, Detroit, Mexico and Colombia, and was “a giant to kids.”
