Fr. John M. Peters
Accused of abusing boys in 1962 at St. Joseph’s in Harpers Ferry. Died 5/31/1997. Accused in a 2004 lawsuit of abusing an altar boy in 1962. In 2005 the archdiocese requested that the suit be dismissed on the statute of limitations. The claim settled in 2006.
