Fr. Juvenal Carl Pfalzer
Named publicly as accused by the Archdiocese of Louisville on its list in 2/2019. Died 3/6/2002. (Brother of accused priest, Roman Pfalzer, O.F.M who allegedly abused in New Mexico.) Included 10/15/2020 on the Wichita diocese’s list, where he worked 1947-1972 and 1983. Added in 2020 to the New Orleans archdiocese’s list, where he was assigned at one point. On the Gallup diocese’s list in 11/2021. On the Cincinnati archdiocese’s list in 2/2022. Added to Peoria’s list in 6/2022. Included on the St. John the Baptist Province Franciscans list of those with substantiated allegations against them. Included in the 5/23/2023 IL Attorney General’s Report, which notes at least one “reported survivor.”
