Also known as Czeslaw Przybylo. Ordained in Poland. Worked in Syracuse NY, Allentown PA, and Chicago. Removed from public mistry 1993. Sued in Chicago 2006; accused of abuse of boy ages 13-17 in 1987-91. Auxiliary bishop allegedly was told at the time and rebuffed victim. Przybylo filed suit 3/20/07 against plaintiff and SNAP alleging defamation of character. Diocese settled in 12/08 with plaintiff for $1.375M. Priest denied all allegations. Chicago said he was never part of the archdiocese. Court dismissed suit against him in 12/09. He filed suit against the plaintiff in 1/10. Added to the Chicago archdiocese’s list of those with substantiated allegations 11/28/18.
