Visiting priest from Mexico. Spent several weeks at Our Lady of Fatima Parish in Moses Lake in early 1970s. Also spent time in San Antonio in the 1970s. Returned to Mexico and is believed to have died in auto accident in the early 1980s. As of 12/12, he had been accused of abusing at least four boys between the ages of 7 and 14. Two of the accusers were offered counseling. Two others are deceased. Parishioners were informed 12/16/12, but authorities had know for months. On the Yakima diocese’s lit 7/9/19. It notes a first victim was provided counseling, and a second given a financial settlement.
