From Puerto Rico. Among four priests at St. Simon Stock Parish accused of giving a boy, age 16, money for sex between 1/1996 and 8/1998. The boy and his family allegedly reported the abuse to the Archdiocese and Order in 1999; the boy moved out-of-state after receiving harrassing anonymous phone calls. The A civil suit filed in 2000 was settled prior to 2002. Sent for psychiatric evaluation. Returned to Puerto Rico where he may have continued in active ministry.
