Given name Charles. Named publicly as accused by the Santa Barbara Province Franciscans on its list 5/31/2019. It notes an allegation of sexual abuse of a minor in 1963 received in 1993. Ruetten was assigned to St. John’s in Komatke, AX 1960-1963, then to Pueblo, CO in 1964. Added to the Stockton diocese’s list 11/12/2020, where he worked 1956-1959. Ruetten left the order in 1967 and married in 1971, settling in Phoenix, AZ. He died 12/27/2015.
