Fr. Jude Ruetten
Given name is Charles. Named publicly as accused by the Santa Barbara Province Franciscans on its list 5/31/19. It notes an allegation of sexual abuse of a minor in 1963 received in 1993. Ruetten was assigned to St. John’s in Komatke, AX 1960-63, the to Pueblo, CO in 1964. He left the order in 1967. Added to the Stockton diocese’s list 11/12/20, where he worked 1956-59.
