Fr. Gerald J. Ryfinski
Ryfinski was arrested in 6/2001 after a computer repairman found child pornography on his computer. He pleaded guilty in 3/2002 to one count of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and received a five year suspended sentence with three years probation. In 4/2007 he was laicized. On the SC Sex Offender Registry as of 1/3/2010. Included on the Diocese’s list of credibly accused 3/29/2019.
