Accused of fondling a 16-year-old boy in 1975; agreed to follow restrictions. Retired in 1998. Permanently removed from ministry in 2005. Died in 2/25/2012. Name included on a list of priests with credible allegations against them of the sexual abuse of minors released by the Archdiocese 12/5/2013.
