Fr. Raymond Francis Skriba

Accused of abuse of at least two girls while assigned to St. Gertrude Parish in Franklin Park in the 1960s. Took administrative leave 6/02; removed from public ministry in 7/02, several months after review board found reasonable cause to believe the allegations were true. At least one claim included in 10/03 $8M settlement with 15 adults alleging abuse by 11 priests. Permanently removed from public ministry 9/05. Brother of Richard, also an accused abuser. Personnel files released 1/14. Died in 1/14.
