Sr. Suzy

Accused in legal documents filed in the Santa Fe Archdiocese’s bankruptcy proceedings filed in 5/2019 of sexually abusing a girl, age 15, in 1971-1972 at St. Pius Catholic High School in Albuquerque. The girl was a sophomore at the school and Sr. Suzy was in administration. Sr. Suzy is said to have grabbed the girl’s breast on two occasions. The nun allegedly said “Go tell, nobody will believe you, plus you’re not coming back next year, nobody will believe you over a nun of God!” (Order and last name not known – 10 Sisters of Charity, 1 Dominicans sister, and 1 Sister of St. Joseph were assigned to the school 1971-1972, per the Official Catholic Directory.)
