Accused by a man in his early 60s in a lawsuit 8/19 of raping and molesting him at age 10 or 11. The man also accused Revs. Peter Popadick, Paul Nogaro and a “Fr. Mike.” He also claimed molestation by two teachers at St. Mary of Sorrows church and school. He said the abuse occurred at St. Mary’s and at Bishop Fallon High School. In 1995 Tuchols was caught in a sting by the DEA buying crack cocaine. Working at the time as Childrens Hospital chaplain, and was previously a Catholic Charities’ marriage and family counselor.
