Fr. James Worsley
Accused in 1993 of molesting a boy for four years while assigned to St. Paul’s Catholic Center. Police investigated but no charges filed because the statute of limitations had expired. Admitted the abuse. Left active priesthood in 1994. Laicized. Included on the diocese’s list of credibly accused in 10/2019. It notes incidents occurring 1976-1981 reported in 1992. Assignments at time of “incident(s)” were St. Mary’s in Caldwell, St. Paul’s Student Center in Boise and St. Augustine’s Student Center in Moscow.
