High School teacher and counselor, active 1960s-1990s in HI, MA, MI, NM, IL. Arrested in 1998 in IL for solicitation and child porn; convicted in 2000; sentenced to 4 years’ probation. Accused in a 7/2002 suit of abusing an IL high school student 1996-1998. Suit alleged sex with minors at schools in HI, MA, MI and NM previously. Second suit 1/2003. Living at Vianney Center in MO 2004; left Order and Center at probation’s end. Suit 11/7/2012. Part of Order’s $16.5M settlement in 5/2013. Named by a man in a 4/4/2014 suit in HI regarding abuse at Damien Memorial High. Name included on the Seattle archdiocese’s 1/15/2016 list of accused. Was at O’Dea High in Seattle 1968-1970. Changed his name to Robert Sullivan. Added to the Phoenix diocese list in 2019. Reportedly in 5/2022 Brouillette was not on the MO sex offender registry; per Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office his whereabouts were unknown and they think he’s “dodging” registering. Included in the 5/23/2023 IL Attorney General’s Report.
