Fr. James Cairnan Haggerty
Named publicly as accused in 4/19 news reports. In 2018 the diocese reviewed an allegation against Haggerty from a man. Haggerty joined the Franciscan Order in 1950. Among his assignments were principal of Archbishop Walsh High School and, in 1969-74, director of youth retreats at Christ House in Lafayette, NJ. He also worked in Washington D.C., Brookline, MA, Tampa, FL and Butler, NJ. Haggerty died 2/7/91.
