A man filed a complaint with Santa Fe police in 1/1997 alleging rape and abuse by Huff on multiple occasions in the early 1980s at St. Catherine Indian School. He also alleged abuse by Fr. Christopher Kerr. Huff left the Order some time before 1997. Accused in a 2014 lawsuit of rape in 1976 of a 15-year-old boy living in St. Catherine School’s dorm. Included on Santa Fe Archdiocese list of accused 9/12/2017. Worked at a behavioral health center serving mostly native Americans beginning in 1992; “retired” in 9/2017 after the center received an anonymous letter about Huff’s past. Added in 11/2021 to the Diocese of Gallup’s list of credibly accused. Included in 6/2022 on the St. John the Baptist Province Franciscans list. Included in the 5/23/2023 IL Attorney General’s Report.
