Fr. Alexander Pinter
From Hungary. First assigned in the Toledo diocese in 1946, where he was incardinated in 1955. Accused of abuse 1956-1960 at St. Stephen’s in Toledo. Sent to Canada for treatment and later assigned there. Became parish priest in Louisiana in 1974. Died in New Orleans 11/15/1978. Also worked in the Diocese of Oakland. Included on the Oakland diocese’s list in 2019. Accused in a 1/2020 lawsuit filed under the CA Child Victims Act of abusing an altar boy in 1964 at St. Francis in Vista, CA. Included in 4/2020 on the Toledo diocese’s list of credibly accused.
