Fr. Paul J. Radetski

Ordained: 1982
Status: Accused

Diocese: Diocese of Green Bay WI

Removed and placed on administrative leave in 10/10 after a “credible” allegation that he abused a minor “many years ago” in an unspecified part of the diocese. Radetski denied the allegation. He was working at St. John’s, St. Mary’s and St. Patrick’s parishes in Menasha when removed. Had previously worked in Green Bay, Peshtigo, Little Chute and Phlox. Determined in 9/17 by a Vatican tribunal to be “not guilty.” Granted senior priest status by the diocese, restrictions were lifted, and was to “serve the diocese in a limited capacity.”

Our Database of Publicly Accused does not state or imply that individuals facing allegations are guilty of a crime or liable for civil claims. The reports contained in the database are merely allegations. The U.S. legal system presumes that a person accused of or charged with a crime is innocent until proven guilty. Similarly, individuals who may be defendants in civil actions are presumed not to be liable for such claims unless a plaintiff proves otherwise. Admissions of guilt or liability are not typically a part of civil or private settlements. For more information, see our posting policy.
