Fr. Forrest W. Rouelle
Rouelle’s name was mentioned in an 8/2008 trial against the Burlington Diocese and Fr. Edward Paquette. Former Vicar General Searles was questioned about Rouelle and other priests in connection with the Diocese’s concern about sexual misconduct allegations. Rouelle retired in 1/1998 and died 3/25/1998. Included on the Diocese’s 8/22/2019 list of credibly accused.
