Removed from ministry in 2003; living in Norwood, PA. Name included on list of credibly accused priests released by Bishop Saltarelli on 11/16/2006. A civil suit filed by a woman in 6/2009 alleged abuse in 1986 at St. Mark’s High School. Suit dismissed in 5/2010 by court for failure to timely serve Wiggins. The Diocese was providing cash payments to Wiggins until 11/2009; wanted to continue health benefits pending resolution of Bankruptcy. Won argument to block release of personnel file.
