In early 1990s six parents complained about Forish “luring” their children. Accused in 1996 of soliciting sex from 22-year-old man. Acquitted 1998. Sued in 2004. Still a priest as of 2006 but not active. Arrested in 9/2006 for soliciting sex from 26-year-old man on a street corner in Greensburg PA. Forish had been working as a non-church affiliated psychologist at the time of his arrest. Plea deal (terms undisclosed) reached in 11/2006. Died in a car accident in 12/2006. Name included on the Allentown diocese’s 8/19/2018 list of credibly accused.
