Sued twice in 2002. Accused of raping a boy in 1975 and of abusing the boy’s brother. Arrested at least three times for improper sexual activity. Suits settled at mediation in 6/2004. Barred from active ministry as of 2004. Included in the diocese’s status report of 2/2005. Teaching certificate revoked in 11/2006. Dismissed from the clerical state in 2007.
