Arrested in 7/2009; charged with molesting six boys, ages 11-19, 2006-2009. Allegedly he had the boys remove their pants and underpants and lie across his lap while he spanked them on their bare bottoms. Assigned to Sacred Heart in Margaretville at the time. Requested voluntary leave. Had just been arrested in 6/2009 after an auto accident; charged with DWI. Named by four in a 4/2010 civil lawsuit. Pleaded guilty in 5/2010 to two counts of forcible touching. The Diocese said he didn’t work for them at the time.
